Lateral extra-articular tenodesis (LET) and anterolateral ligament reconstruction (ALLR) techniques for the treatment of anterior cruciate ligament in skeletally immature patients show promising results, according to a review published online March 6 in the Journal of Experimental Orthopaedics.
